At Hermanlamps, we want you to be completely satisfied with your lighting purchase. If your new lamp doesn't perfectly illuminate your space, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the lamp in its original internal packaging and shipping box to ensure it remains protected during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location for secure transport back to our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
